Pavilion is complete club management software for bowls clubs — rink bookings, duty rotas, members, matches, money and reporting, all in one place. It replaces the pile of spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper diaries that most clubs are quietly held together by.
Two installable apps sit on top of it: a members' app for the people who play, and a separate officers' app for the committee. Both install to the home screen, both work on a phone, and both sign in with a passkey if the member would rather not remember another password.

Rink bookings
A day grid and availability grid covering sessions, roll-ups, blackouts and closures, with a waiting list and a bookable QR code.
Green management
Green status and rain-off control for natural, artificial or mixed surfaces, plus a greenkeeper diary, maintenance schedule, materials register and readings such as green speed.
Duty rota
A weekly rota with roles, a volunteer availability matrix, a printable sheet and a rota board for the clubhouse wall.
Members and renewals
Profiles, applications and approvals, an online join form, household memberships, and an automated renewal reminder sequence that chases so nobody has to.
Matches and competitions
Friendlies, squad selection and scorecards, alongside knockout competitions with seeded draws, leagues, round-robin fixtures and standings.
Treasurer's suite
Ledger, budgets, year end, bank import and reconciliation, supplier invoices, expenses and mileage, and Gift Aid declarations and claims.
Point of sale
A club till with receipts, float and cashing-up Z reports, plus bar and shop stock control covering deliveries, stocktake, wastage and margin.
Communications
A newsletter builder, email campaigns, rule-based member groups, noticeboard, meeting minutes, surveys and a document library.
Members' and officers' apps
Two installable PWAs with web push notifications and passkey sign-in — one for members, one for the committee, each showing only what that person needs.
Clubhouse devices
A configurable TV display, a tablet sign-in kiosk, QR check-in and a steward dashboard for whoever is on duty.
Club life
Events and socials, a games-night library, coaching tutorials, an org chart of club officials and a find-a-partner board.
Automations and governance
A WHEN/IF/THEN flows engine with a run log, validation rules, an approvals inbox, guided wizards, health checks and full GDPR tooling.
