Pet Central runs four service modules — Groomers, Walkers, Sitters and Trainers — behind an installable, mobile-first staff app and a self-service customer portal. Bookings, clients and pets, invoicing and the finance side all live together in one WordPress install that the business owns outright.
Turn on only the modules you need. A salon that also runs puppy classes gets both, each with its own services, staff and screens, sharing one client list and one invoice run rather than two systems that never quite agree.
There is no per-seat pricing and no third-party platform holding the client list. Everything sits in the business's own site, which means the data, the branding and the customer relationship stay where they belong.

Bookings and calendar
A clear day and week calendar with a tidy booking editor, so a full diary can be read at a glance and changed in a couple of taps.
Clients and pets
Full client records with a per-pet care profile and an interactive body map for noting lumps, sensitivities and problem areas.
Invoicing and finance
Deposits, mileage and scheduled auto-invoicing, with PDF and print output. The money side is built in rather than bolted on.
Customer portal
Self-service signup, cancellation and rescheduling, so routine admin stops arriving by text message at nine in the evening.
Installable staff app
A mobile-first PWA with walk tracking, pee and poop pins, a live route map and report cards owners actually enjoy receiving.
Training plans and goals
Trainers get a per-dog training plan with goals, a session log and homework report cards, all filled in from the app between appointments.
Classes and courses
Multi-session programmes such as a puppy foundation course run as a series, with class name, location and details recorded once.
Progress the owner can see
Each dog gets its own progress notes and an owner-facing class page counting sessions completed, so nobody has to ask how it is going.
Team and roles
Team members with roles and responsibilities, plus a groomer rent view for salons running a chair-rental model.
Automations and rules
Automations, validation rules and import/export tools that keep the diary tidy without anyone policing it by hand.
Branding and sign-up
A branded WordPress login and a booking-page generator complete with QR code for the shop window or the van.
Safe public demo
A self-resetting demo mode so the product can be shown to a prospect without anyone worrying about what they might click.
